I responded TV commercial offering Compression Miracle Socks online at www.getmiraclesocks.com. As stated in the commercial I would receive two pair of the compression socks for $10 plus S&H. After completing the order form and declining the offered "value pack upgrades" and before I was allowed to review and approve the order, I was told the order had been submitted, approved and I had been charged $69.97. This included the unlikely shipping and handling fee of $13.98.
I was led to believe that I would receive two pair of "Miracle Socks" for the price of $10 plus a modest fee for shipping. I would never have approved the order as submitted by this company. Now I have to deal with my credit card company to get this transaction nullified.
