Final Settlement of Ex-Employee

I am an ex-employee of Schering-Plough Pakistan. After acquisition Merck Inc gave all the products of Schering to a local company OBS Pakistan. I resigned from company in August and still waiting for the final settlement from OBS. I am now residing in Canada. I have submitted all the relevant document and they told me that we are processing but its almost now 4 months that I am waiting. What should I do now?
