I cannot believe the problems I've had trying to get meds through Caremark CVS. They send endless letters one day saying coverage for a script was denied and the next day countless letters saying it was approved. They let scripts lye in processing limbo without notifying you that they need pre-auth. Then they blame the Dr. Office for not responding to faxed forms they send to them. I had occasional difficulties with Express scripts but both myself and my Dr. Offices think dealing with this co is a nightmare. I don't forsee Fortune mag or Business Week doing a cover story on this CEO
