Express Scripts (working With Partners Medicare Choice) advises that, as our HMO, they require us to purchase prescription drugs through Express Scripts Inc under the Medicare program.
Partners of NC is my HMO (Partners Medicare Choice). They require that, under the Medicare prescription program, I use Express Scripts (now being sued by the State of New York) to buy prescription drugs undr Medicare.
Express Scripts quotes prices, then, upon receipt of invoice I discover they add a $45 copay for 90 pills, $15 per 30 days. I believe this is an illegal force requirement under the Federal Medicare program.
