I ordered a trial bottle of diet supplement that would curb my appetite and help me lose weight. The advertisement stated that no charge would be done until after the 30day trial period. How can you have a trial period without using the product within 30days.
I finally recieved it 1 month later and my account was charged $79 but I haven't received another shipment or any information on how to return it. I went to the website and it has an automated number that states "All operators are busy at this time" and was on hold for 15minutes.
Attempts to contact someone by phone hasn't been successful and no response from email. I have already put in a fraud complaint through my bank so that charges wouldn't be happening each month. Please help me!
