Meades Day in Court
Darren Meade arrived late for court, escorted by his barristers, the Internet Bounty Hunters, Michael Roberts and Paul Portelli of Rexxfield. A hearing that lasted all but two minutes, Darren Meade was restrained from just about everything and everyone you can imagine, after papers submitted by Progenex and others (orders below), were sufficient to demonstrate Meades propensity for violence, stalking and relentless harassment. It wasnt until Meade entered the courtroom that he was able to review the mountain of evidence filed against him for this Ex-Parte hearing, where upon 24-hours notice a judge will hear and, if evidence proves substantial, rule in favor of a temporary restraining order, pending a permanent injunction. TROs as they are called are rarely granted, where the burden to prove irreparable harm and immediate danger is very difficult.
