November canceled membership. Received cancellation notice, but company continued to withdraw membership fee. I am currently seeking legal advice to remedy illegal, and fraudulent billing practices.
Although I didn't catch this error in the beggining I do not feel responsible for their unfair, and unbusiness-like conduct.instead I feel violated and just down right ripped off.
I am writting this to warn others, that this could possilbly be happening to you. Be sure to relate L.A. Fitness to these words. Bad business, illegal, unbusiness like, fraudulent company, snake in the grass, and dirty rip-off. I think that sums it up!
