This telemarketing company called my home and told me that I would receive a product free. They asked me for my credit card number only for shipping and handling. Okay... I received the package... I didn't open it. I sent it back to them. I DIDN'T WANT IT!
They sent the package back to me! I was pissed! I opened the package and got their telephone number off the invoice sheet. I had to call them three times. Two times I was hung up on. The third time the salesman said I couldn't get my money back and for me not to send the product back to them. I asked to speak to the manager. He said that he was the manager. Yeah right! He tried to tell me not to fight them because I wouldn't win, and the case would be dismissed.
They charged me $150.75 for the product that I didn't use! Now I have to continue paying for shipping and handling until they get the hint that I DON'T WANT THE PRODUCT AND I AM NOT PAYING FOR IT. I closed my credit card account the same day I spoke with the "so called manager."
