I worked in a teen home where they have behavorial promblems and mental. While working at the home One of the staff would always yell at the kids. The staff numerous times called the kids retards. The house manger also kicked one of the kids doin a time a kid was on the floor screaming and yelling over noodles. I finally had enough and decided to report to the head guy who ownes the company in Oregon city. When I did the staff got suspened. Later on that day i saw my house my manger and told her i told. When I got back to my job 2 days later, staff where ignoring me and coming late to work so I couldnt go home on time. The staff came in late one morning and said actually " don't write me up bi*hes" and procced to the office. Then one of the clients came out and said that I'm trying to get his staff fired and told me workd b y word everything i had said in private to the house manager and to the head boss. I decided I needed to say something again to the boss in charge in Oregon city. Me and my friend went to his office and told him that the house manger broke confidentilty and that the clients and staff knew everything and where treating me disrespectfully. The boss yelled at me and say he couldnt do anything about it and that he would suspened me etc (long convo). I left the house and quite later on that day.
