I placed an order for Natpro progesterone cream on the
Organic Products, LLC website. Shipping was Priority Mail so I was expecting
the product to be shipped within the next few days as it had with previous
orders. When it hadn't, I tried looking up the status of my order on their
website and I got the message "No Order Found". I tried emailing them
5 times using the email addresses I've used to communicate with them in the
past, I tried contacting them through their "Contact Form" on their
website 3 times, and I've tried calling them 3 times and each time I get a
message saying the voice mailbox is full and isnt accepting any more messages.
I then contacted them via email and their websites contact
form expressing my dissatisfaction with their customer service and non-delivery
of the product I paid for and asked them for a refund; of course, I haven't
gotten a response yet and its been several days.
What were the damages? They took my money. And since it's a
hormone my body needs, I had to purchase it from Whole Foods for over twice the
price since the product was never delivered.
