I paid 4,000 to Nu Medspa or axiology Aesthetics for smart Lipo. On June 10 I was scheduled to goin for the procedure however on June 9, I was told the physican could not do it for unknown reasons. I was upset however, Chrisity the representative for the company told me I could get a full refund. I agreed because they were trying to schedule me too far in advance. I had a vocation planned and could not be off anymore. Over the course of the last month this company has dodged my calls, lied and futhermore stole my MONEY. I dont understand why this company is still in business if they are riping off people. I'm going to file a lawsuit and hoping others will come forward I just want my money back and this can be resolved. I purchased medication took time off my job just to be told we cant perform your surgery. Its reall unfortunate these companys have to steal money and mislead the consumer. Hopefully they will close after I get my money. Or I get lucky and get my money back as of right now this company is really being unprofessional and robbing people. I will file as many complaints as necssary. It may help it may not but atleast it will help others avoild what I'm going thru. This was a email below that I sent to a representative.
I recently was informed on the many complaints of this company. After my procedure was Cancelled one day before it was suppose to be done. After I purchased medicine and compression garments. I also NEVER received information regarding my physician and when I did found out that he was on PROBATION for substance abuse. Not only was my surgery cancelled but it was scheduled for AUGUST. Furthermore I was told to lose more weight? Why wasn't I given this information before hand and why didn't I meet with the doctor AFTER the cancellation... I do not want to seek legal action or get involved with all the back and forth I just want my refund that CRISTY FROM THE CHICAGO OFFICE SAID WOULD be processed. Its unfortunately that this company is having so many complaints I hope I do not have to file a complaint either way I will not lose my 4000. Furthermore why would I want a doctor on probation cutting me open doesn't the consumer have the right to know her doctors background!!! I'm very disappointed.
To point out my surgery was cancelled and I was given two options a refund or to be rescheduled I choose to get a refund. I also was given a number to a DIANE @ 702-614-1849 she said she would pull my file and call me back... GO FIGURE I'M STILL WAITING.
Can someone please call me and let me know how this process is going to work immediately. IT amazes me how quick this organization takes money but than makes the consumer wait up to 30 days for a refund. How is that benefiting the consumer. I have no problem seeking legal actions or sending emails, calling until I get a answer and MY MONEY BACK.
