My surgery was scheduled for the 12th of October. Pre-op was scheduled for October 5th. I had previously consulted with Dr. Hahm who originally agreed to provide me with the requested implant size (800cc), which at that time I provided the requested money for the surgery.
During my pre-op appointment, Dr. Hahm denied me my surgery, stating that he did not want to do the size (800cc) which was originally agreed upon between myself and Dr Hahm. I was then told by Dr Hahm and his staff they would be refunding all monies paid for the surgery, since the doctor denied my surgery. Dr Hahm and the office staff assured me I would be refunded my money by October 8th. It is now October 16th and I have yet to receive my full refund, along with several excuses as to why it has been delayed. I wanted this to be an amicable parting between myself and Dr Hahm without having to involve Care credit. So, as of
October 16 I have involved Care credit to file disputes requesting refund of all monies.
