I ordered 2 of their weightloss product. Found out they were not right for me. I contacted them before the trial period was up to have a refund issued.
They charged my bank account 3 days before the trial period was over. I returned both products with the RMA numbers they provided. They will not issue me a refund of the $79.99 that is owed to me.
They have acknowledged the rma numbers but said that if i don't have the tracking number they will not issue the refund. I told them they did with the first one and they were sent at the same time. Everything was fine with the first product without the number. I sent both of the products back on or about 4/15.
The customer service rep told me too bad. It was my loss. He would not let me speak to a supervisor. I had a hard time understanding him because of his accent and when i asked him to spell his name since i could not understand it he refused.
