Lean Spa products ordered in March with a 30 day trial period. Billed for both products new shipment before trial bottles even recieved (no trial period at all). Immediately cancelled and provided RMA numbers on March 28th with response that refund would be processed. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered/left on hold, finally on June 2nd recieved email confirmaiton that refund was approved and I should recieve with 10 business days. It has been 10 weeks and today finally told by "telephone representative" that the company is out of business and they are only processing so many refunds per day - still a run around. RMA #'s 660101-288 and 660097-153. Owed refund of $160. This company is a complete scam artist.
