New Vitality has continually debited my bank account without my authorization. The say they are debiting the account because I signed up for refills of their supplemental products on a continuous 3-month basis. This is not true, and I have called them on a number of occasions to complain. When I do, they always offer a $20 rebate, but want me to keep the products. The alternative is to wait for the product to be delivered, then pay to send it back... Before they will reimburse my debited payment.
I have also reported the company to the fraud division of the Attorney General's Office in New York.
