I requested an Omron HEM-711AC blood pressure check from Allegro Medical. It had been completed on line on 4/17 plus they charged mean extra $24 for "expedited delivery". I obtained the advantages shipping on 4/20 and there is an Omron BP742 within the container.

I called the next evening and also the customer support consultant decided that I'd not obtained them I requested. She stated she'd request me to deliver them back and also the design I'd requested to be delivered to me. Then I obtained an email from her stating that she'd named the factory in Florida and also the HEM-711AC was "unavailable" so that they had delivered the BP742 rather! (I had been never approached regarding whether this "replacement" was appropriate.)

Within The same email, I had been informed that the prepaid shipment label could be delivered to me by Wednesday (4/26) so that as of Friday, I still have not obtained the guaranteed delivery name.

Belatedly, I chose to examine consumer opinions with this organization and discovered comparable activities to mine. Many people stated the only path these were ready to solve their issues with Allegro Medical was to create a criticism using the Illinois Better Business Institution and so I posted it on line yesterday.

I often purchase from Amazon and to any extent further, whether it's unavailable through Amazon, I simply wont get it!!
