EMCare didn't properly document a medical statement to my insurance provider in most convenient way and also have declined to repair the issue. Alternatively they delivered the statement to some collection company. Henceforth my credit was struck and that I needed to spend the statement out-of my own personal wallet. I've named many times without any correct motion taken for the kids. They've been cynical and demeaning within their remarks, not apologizing or displaying any regret. Please support!
