Received phone out of this organization (HRRG) saying I had a need to spend a Clinic statement. Our boy was within the clinic annually and 5 weeks before. The Doctor workplace charged 5 various insurance providers, none which were mine. I still can't-get them to deliver me a statement declaring they charged my insurance provider. Therefore, no I had been likely to spend the statement entirely before might show they charged my insurance provider. I've all of the paperwork where they statement the rest of the insurance providers, why cannot they deliver a statement displaying my insurance provider. After I requested the lady to get a boss quantity she offered me two figures. After I named these figures 1800-223-2410 (this quantity goes to some chapel) and also the additional quantity 1800-533-9823 ext 2630 (This goes to some plasticis organization) I guess these businesses wouldn't be to pleased to notice that somebody is providing there quantity out such as this!!! Rude Rude Rude!!! I spend my expenses and that I anticipate quaility info when calling an office. How will you combat anything whenever you understand your right-but no body may hear!!! Unbelieveable. HRRG must realize that you will find people who do not owe along with a error continues to be created!
