I purchased the sonic ear for myfather-n - law and my father. I got the ad from an insert ad in the sunday advocate from a company called jd marvel products w / p.O. Box in ny, phone number given 1-514-426-8715. My check cleared the bank on 10-10-01 amt.$36.75 (christmas gifts) you can not reach anyone line constantly busy.
After searching the internet i found there are many more out there about this same co. W / same problem. I have written to the co. Twice and no response. The co. Sent me a catalog, so i used one of their envelopes to file my complaint. Still no response.
