Order 2 pairs of Winter Boots. Mail a payment of $28.30 on 11/23/02. Received notice from J.D. Marvel Products Inc. That I under paid. Sent a check on 12/16/02 for an additional $5.95. I have not received the boots as of 2/14 and have tried several times to contact company by phone at 514-426-8715.
Both checks have been cashed by this company.
I realize this is not a large sum of money but I would like to report this as consumer fraud and hope that I can get my money back.
Please let me know what steps can be taken so other people do not get ripped off as I have.
