I went into the doctor's office, (pre-diagnosed) he prodded me a bit in my mid-section, confirmed the initial diagnosis and told me surgery would be necessary. Later, come to find that on TOP OF the $250 I paid IN his office, he ALSO billed my insurance company for his "consultation"!
