TeamAmericaFitness I was a personal trainer with TeamfitnessAmerica and had $200 owed to me for personal training to a paid client and I rec'd a check and the accountant Margie wanted me to cash the check no sooner I re

I was hired by Team America Fitness in May and I had one client in May and again another in Oct to april another Oct to Nov and was paid promptly.

The year 2011 Jan things were different.

I was missing a check for the 2nd half of jan and it took the company to pay me only in march after being back and forth.

The company owed me for 8 sessions and a check was sent with an email message to cash the check no sooner it comes because of an account change and i did that the same day I rec'd the check on the 25th of april. (sent by Margie - accountant of Team Fitness)
Today I receive a letter from my bank that the Company check was a NSF for the $200 and I was charged another $12 ($212) owing to me.

I sent Michael the guy in charge for the President and cc to Margie an email about my return check.
The director Cali is on the field said Michael once before.
