On Aug. 6 I issued a check to Imer Investments. Between 11/03 and 08/28 I received 7 checks totally $4,825 with some of that money part of a personal loan and having nothing to do with my initial investment. This is per Mr. Richards, as I asked him where to apply the monies when I was given a check. I have not received anything from Mr. Richards since August 28.
Since Aug. 2012 I have received collection letters from RPS Worldwide telling me that I owe their client $6,003.67. This is approximately the amount of money that Mr. Richards has paid back to me including some from my personal loan to him of $8,500 check issued on 12/07. Mr. Richards has also used Twighlight Funds and Iz Corp. As well as Imer Investments.
