I have been going to Lorna Poulos a number of years to simple permanent makeup procedures. I've had no issues with this person until recently.in late March I went to another permanent makeup artist for a simple procedure, I thought it would be simple, which was botched. I emailed Lorna Poulos and asked could she minimize it (the procedure was on my face).
My appointment was April 6. I requested to this person to minimize the beauty mark on my face. She numbed the area and I trusted her. She stated she was going to perform a saline solution procedure. When I looked in the mirror after she completed it, I was horrified.
I researched what is involved in the saline solution, it is not what she performed on me, and I also researched other procedures as well. She performed a dermabrasion procedure which involved removing the skin to remove the tatoo. I literally had a gross sore on my face because she removed layers of skin. This thing swears she completely explained what she was going to do. I would never, never agree to a procedure that would leave a scar on my face.
