Ordered ring, never received, check was cashed. Have not received refund. Ordered ring on 6-18 with posted dated check for 7-25-10. Received letter on 7-13 asking for personal information that I didn't want to give. Wrote back cancelling order and requesting my check returned per guarantee. I sent another request on 8-10 for my check to me returned to me. My check was cashed on 8-2. The check didn't show up on my account til after I sent the 2nd request. I have not heard back from them, since the letter they sent for more info. The guarantee says if they don't still have my check they will mail me one to replace it. And they said they would mail the ring out as soon as they got the order, but would hold my check for 37 days, so I could see if it was all they said, if not then I could return it before the 30 days was up. I still have nothing in my hand as of today. Made a complaint to the BBB on 8/29/10 and they get a respnds back after they had closed the case so was reopen on 10/5/10 saying they had no record of sale. Sent copies of the sale and never heard anything from company. They again didn't hear from the company either so they closed the case on Nov. 1 for the 2nd time. Still have not had any contact from company.
