Monarch Kennel - Margie Riccomini
Ripoff dishonest fraudulent agreed to sell a Papillon & cashed my check then backed out by trying to send me a check instead of Juno who is paid for

On June 16th I mailed a Check to Margie L. Riccomini, And on the check was writen No strings attached, Full akc -on Juno. Juno is a Papillon who was sold to me for $1,800.00. She agreeded by Cashing my check and offering to watch him till I got back from a National Federation for the Blind Conference.

Friday July 8th, I recieved a letter from her dated 7/02/05, after excepting my agreement & Cashing My check Writes me:
Dear Connie,

I have decided for warious reasons that I don't want to place Juno after all.

I am sorry to disappoint you. And so on P.S. Please find enclosed refund. This is her check writen on 7/05.

This was the letter I recieved after a National Federation for the Blind Convention, With my family. I was shocked & feel this is the worst thing you can do to anyone!!!

Margie didn't keep her word & now is trying to buy my dog back
