They took money out of my account that I didn't authorize

I actually donot understand how they got my creditcardnumber or who they're. They just required $15 however it may truly accumulate when they keep achieving this. I never decided to this payment. Actually I actually donot understand who they're. I once did a 'Just Request' about my puppy, but I actually donot understand this Only reply. I also employed another card for "Just Request" also it was $15 also it had been removed from my banking account weeks before.
