Return to sender: Can you spell RMA#?

I ordered the wrong size product, and called to get an RMA# so that I could exchange it. The individuals that I have talked to do not speak very good english (I called a few times), and they could never manage to give me an RMA#. I also emailed a few times. When you google the company name you don't see bad reviews, but epinions is full of them!
