My Aunt was admitted into the Las Vegas Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center on 4/25 into a room that had no lights, no curtain. Finally they put a bulb in the bathroom, with promise to have the light over the bed fixed. The next day everyone that I saw said they were not aware of it and will make sure it was taken care of. I came back that evening around 10:30 pm, and of course the night shift also said they were not told that something was wrong and will have it fixed. Today I went in and its still not fix so I spoke to Darrell manager of housekeeping and he said it was nothing that he could do and directed me to head of maintenance who was on vacation. I asked to speak to the Angel Care person of the room my Aunt is in. When she came in she said she didn't even know the room did not have lights. Another Manager of housekeeping Carla came and replace the bulb herself. Why does it take 3 days to get a light bulb replace?
