June I decided to change health plan going straight medicare and gap insurance, notified Personal Support Medical of this change and notified to pick up equipment.
As of July 1 account was closed and they picked up equipment later.
New equipment was in use July 1st from a company in NJ
Received no contact with personal support until late August or September... After I received a bill for 23 days. Time it took Personal Support to pick up equipment.
I called Personal Support to inform them they did not pick up the equipment in a timely manner because they did not return many of my calls and messages left on their system. They were notified well ahead of the schedule to use another company in NJ.
Personal Support must have received some message because they picked up rental equipment 23 days after termination of Personal Support.
It is now 22 months from cancellation of account with Personal Support, I am still getting phone calls and bills in the mail.
