KF Funds of Framingham who is the billing company for 21st Centry Family Fitness in MA is charging additional fees to your credit card that you may not be aware of.
If you need to make a change to your credit card information they add on a $15.00 fee and if you inquire about it they respond with "you signed the contract stating we can deduct funds from your card at any time" They are rude and not customer friendly at all.
21st Centry Family Fitness in MA needs to find a better billing company that isn't shady it's really ruining their reputation.
Customers are your life line and if you treat them poorly word spreads like wild fire and it WILL hurt your business.
