On my bank record there's a chage of $329.00 for something which I never requested. It was put on my bank account. On my declaration it claims internet cost. I never actually knew about that organization and that I don't purchase on the internet. I'm dealing with my lender however they inform me that there's nothing I will do about an net cost.
