Our name is Veronica Williams I work with BMC Healthnet strategy. I'm a person service representative. On 04/05 I had been attempting to demand from Sharon who operates in CVS drugstore to truly have a people of mine prescription reran. While putting phone to Drugstore I did so clarify who I had been and wherever I had been calling from which phone is checked and documented. Sharon didn't pay attention to my problem. I attempted to describe that people is outlined in computer program twice and prescription was under wrong consideration. Sharon continued to express I don't understand what I had been referring to, and so I required to consult with another person prepared to hear. I had been positioned on store for 10 units and was used in a male pharmacist who hung-up without actually hearing me. And so I put phone again to 413-827-0734 required to consult with pharmacist who hung-up on me. While talking to him he didn't expose herself and essentially told me used to do not understand what I had been referring to, and so I subsequently required to consult with CVS store-manager and was hung-up on after being informed that store-manager won't support me. Today following this I had been really annoyed. I've an associate mother who named BMC HealthNet intend to demand assist in discovering why mbr can't have prescriptions filled. I manage problems such as this daily, in order the right action I tried calling drugstore who had been no aid. After being hung-up on I ccontacted KNOWLEDGEABLE EMAIL 800-227-7269 and required to truly have a check state under people lively consideration. Although awaiting check state i realized that the team at CVS drugstore had rx reran under associate proper bill.

And So I called the CVS shop and talked with Supervisor Karen who didn't pay attention to my criticism and moved me towards the pharmacist who lied and stated he incorrectly hung-up since it was active. I told him that I'd like quantity of corporate workplace to record writen criticism.
