Wrong Dr Name on Medication

First of all Jamieca, saw me standing at the window but not once did she say may I help you, or I'll be with you shortly. After waiting for a while Meshell comes from the back and Jamieca holds out her hand for my medicine bottle and she holds out her hand for my Ins card. Still no words spoken. Then she gives those two items to Meshell, who then writes up the order. Meshell was very pleasant. After Meshell finish she hands the items with Rx to Jamieca. She told Meshell she needed the Ins card back, mind you I'm standing there, no words came from this ladies mouth to me, except it will be ready in 10 mins. Not once did she say Thank you.

I spoke with the Pharmacy Manager, about my complaint: having the wrong drs. Name on my medicine and of his employee arrogance. He was more into his cell phone and told me he was sorry I was not pleased with the service and got back on his call and walked away. My company has 250 employees and we will no longer by using Walgreens, that is why this Rx was transferred. But I will be letting them know that Kroger Pharmacies do not deserve our business. Nor do they care about the customer. Jamieca did not ask if I had any questions about the medicine, nor was the pharmacy manager concerned about my complaint.
