My 1st & last time using caremark mail order. RUDE real people once you actually reach them; lost Rx, no proactive notification of a problem with a LIFE-SAVING Rx until I called; couldn't verify status, other than "it's scanned in the system, but I can't see it." FRIENDLY, M HELPFUL SERVICE MATTERS. I will rework my budget to be able to pay full price at my old pharmacy. I will pay higher monthly premiums to avoid Caremark in the future. THE 'CARE' in the 'Caremark' name is a JOKE.
