The customer service is poor. I sat in the lobby for ever and watch such unprofessinal staff at front desks. From their apperance to their lack of medical information even about their own company. The managers are no better. I asked for one and the attitide from the manager is pure rude. I dont know how they keep people from catching a disease with the unclean rooms. I went to try two other offices and the girl at one stayed on her cell phone and is LOUD. I have been now to the one in moreno valley and the staff is Rude rude rude. I talked to other people in the lobby of thes places and they all sat in agreement but are church mouses and dont say nothing. I love the lady who heped me at the office on Brockton. She took my xray and goes out of her way to help others. I know her from another office. I liked the one lady who took my x-ray at Riverside she is nice and helps me get up and down. I can no longer do nursing but in all the years I have never seen such chaos. The offices stink and bathrooms are a mess, floors are dirty. I called for a special test and they got the information all wrong. I am 70 plus years and I cant hold my water for long. They couldnt do my test in the end. Just be aware of these people who came from the streets with no medical training and obviously need to learn to manners. Thank you to the two wonderful ladies who helped me. I go back because of them. I told my doctor about this place and he said he could send me somewhere else. But I like these ladies and its so close to home for my daughter to take me. I still have a brain even if I cant work in the hospitals anymore. I know good people and bad. We are sick and hurt. Respect and having a clean room or bathroom is a good thing for sick people. My grand daughter helped me write this letter and find you people. Thank you. Maggie
