Without a doubt the absolute w o r s t buying experience of my life. They sold a faulty spa - refused to inspect or service brand new spa when it didn't operate the way they said it should... They never found the operators manuel that was supposed to come with it. One of several things that was to be with the spa that wasn't. Constantly ran and caused a major increase in my power bill. Owner and manager will look you directly in the eye and lie. They do it very well until the money clears then they don't even pretend to tell the truth! They did tell me over the phone how to fix it myself; it was a faulty computer and certainly not repairable by telephone. They had no way of knowing since they could care less if it worked properly or not after they got their money. Due to health concerns at the time, I did not have the ability to go to court. Finally got the spa repaired by finding my way directly to the manufacturer in Tennessee (I live in Va.). Again NO help from Bermuda Spa.
Over $4000 for a new spa that was faulty. Purchased from people who could care less if the product works after their check clears. The only way these people stand behind their product is to HIDE!
