Bought a new video card. Card is faulty. Refused to replace. Required me to bring in my PC to check. Have been in computer industry a long time and know when a piece of hardware is faulty. I don't want to bring in my PC I just want the card replaced. Company informed me to deal with manufacture. This should not be the case. If a product is faulty they should replace it and not require my entire PC.
