I recently bought a used hot tub from Honey Spas. Mr. And Mrs. Honey were very friendly and worked with me as far as pricing. The tub was tested before it was delivered and found to have a faulty control panel. It was replaced at no charge to me before delivery. The delivery crew was very professional and placed the tub with no issues. Buying a used hot tub I realized going into it there might be defects. I did find a crack at the top of the hot tub and used silicone to fix it without having Honey Spas notified, but I feel confident they would have repaired it without any issue or cost. My experience was a very pleasant one at Honey Spas and I will definitely do business with them again should I want to upgrade my hot tub. One thing I would recommend is that me being a Hot Tub Rookie they should go over the chemicals in more detail. I%u2019ve emptied the tub twice due to chemicals not being right. I%u2019m learning.
