They rip you off and take your money. Dont let the BBB fool you they will not help at all. I cant believe i wasted 1000 dollars pleas take my advice and dont go here run away the mangers and staff are all corrupt. They arent really licensed they arent real doctors or nurses think about it lasers here is a long document of what went on in my claim process with the BBB.
'On May 7th I had received my third treatment of laser hair removal on my lower chin neck area of my face. On my third treatment I was burned by the laser and was left with large amount of scabs and burn marks from the lasers
that were like polka dots on my face. The scabs and burn marks were slightly painful for the first week. They were first scabs but then the scabs fell off after I took a shower and left pink burn marks on my face for three weeks. Some
of the pink burn marks still remain.
