American Laser Center in Orlando, FL burned my face in every single part I had treatment on during my third or fourth treatment (the first couple treatments are with the laser set at a very low level that comes with no results). I met with the location manager and she ensured me it would not happen again. I took her word for it which was apparently not the smartest decision. After a few more treatments that were VERY painful and had absolutely NO results, I moved to Jacksonville, FL. During my first visit there my face was again burned on my right cheek. Although this burn was far less severe than the first, it was still very noticeable and uncomfortable to deal with. When your face gets burned (which apparently happens a lot) they tell you to come in and if your not in town or unable to make it there during business hours they accuse you of lying about the burn. Why would someone lie about being burnt? Didn't I already pay for the service? I have pictures of my initial burns and I plan on launching a website to showcase them in hopes I can prevent another potential customer from hurting their face.
