I had went there for a vein treatment. After 5 months of what they called miscommunication, they had taken $500 of my insurance money only to file paperwork incorrectly which ultimately let my insurnace decline. I had gotten the run around and after trying to finalize this with the practice manager she too did not return my call. I am asking for the money to be returned to my insurnace so I may got to a better facility.
