CooperVision rebate required receipt, bill from vision company, and 8 end panels in order to honor rebate. I copied all my paperwork and have copies of the 8 end panels I sent in. CooperVision rejected rebate saying that only 7 panels were sent in. I sent in 8 so I can send in the "missing" panel. They will not honor the "copy"of the panels I made although their rebate form requested copies to be made for my record.
