I knew the second I was hung up on, that this rebate and company were definitely some type of scam.
I purchased a years worth of contact lenses through my eye doctor a few months ago. I received them and proceeded to fill out the paperwork, as well as carefully remove the 4 end panels to receive my rebate of $45.00 ($25.00 for the purchase of $ boxes and $20.00 for "new wearer savings"). I am SURE that I placed all 4 end panels in the envelope that was sent out on 4/7.
Just days ago I received a postcard that said my submission was invalid! I called Coopervision and they gave me a runaround. I was also hung up on several times and had to call back. They continued to tell me that I needed the other 2 end panels or I would NOT receive my rebate. I told them I would send them the 4 boxes that had the end panels removed if that would suffice.
