This company, represented by "Tom or Thomas" in emails and on the phone, seems so great when you first contact them. They are very curteous, and will go out of their way to explain anything or answer any questions. Emails are answered very quickly.
You're smart, you look online and can't find a negative word about them anywhere so you trust them with your great business. Then it all crumbles. They disappear off the face of the earth. You get no product and no return communication at all.
They wont answer emails, or phone calls. Heck last time I called it was like calling a whole different place. All I got was a hello, like it was a personal cell phone number. Then of course I was promised a call back with an update on where the heck my order was and of course never got one.
Funny enough, they dont answer calls anymore. Doesn't matter if I call from my home phone, cell phone, neighbors phone, pay phone. Both blocked and unblocked numbers fail to get their fingers to pick up.
Its been a month and I have nothing I ordered and not even a degrading refusal to accept his scamming business from "Tom".
I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and the BBB since they had no complaints there I figured I would at least put them on the map to warn other people!
