I went to Glasgow Urgent Clinic 8/21 for a back injury. Doctor Manion had no desire to treat me for my back injury. Doctor Manion just took my money and refused to treat me. Doctor Manion was pre occupied and appeared to be under the influnce of something. His speach was slur add body movements appeared to be under the influnce.
