Ordered product, recieved it, tried it did not notice that after paying the 1.00 for the trial that in small print it said charged monthly 27.41 and a one time 130.41 charge so went online got RMA number Spoke to Jessica a customer service rep that cancelled my order or so she said shipped it back noticed that after product went back to the company there was a 130.41 charge on my bank statement. The product was shipped in the grace period allowed so I Called the company they said that there was no possible way for me to recieve a refund. Aggervated and upset I argued asking why they said that it was not recieved during the grace period. Knowing it was I should have recieved my money back to our account.
