Ordered free samples and paid $12.12 in shipping - product received April 2/12.
April 16th received credit card bill to find $172.00 charged on April 3rd. Phoned Company & spoke to "Russell" who said would give partial refund when shipped order was returned to them. Never received product and they won't refund until product is returned.
