Sunrise Senior Living talks a good line but fails to deliver on the services residents pay an outrageous amount for on a monthly basis. I have completed surveys, talked to staff, sat in meetings and listend to promises yet nothing improves. The staff turnover rate is very high resulting in confusion for the residents and poor service. I do not suggest you consider this care facility for your family member.
