I received a call from an "agent" out of Florida with a very high pressure sales tactic. I'm on the No-Call list and was suspecious so I led him on trying to find out more about his company. He was very elusive and very high pressure, he kept trying to get me to commit to a health insurance plan without further investigation. I said I'm very interested but I'm not going to pay anything over the phone without finding out more about you. Give me your phone number and I'll call you back. He gave his phone as 800-718-6945 ex 2303 but hung up on himself when giving his name - how convenient.
I have tried calling the number from my homemany times but get only a busy signal. I tried it from another phone and got through to a chat line. I also called the home office in Milwaukee. Someone did answer the phone there, but again wouldn't give his name, wouldn't connect me with a supervisor, claimed they do not have a sales outlet in FL but it may have been a broker. He was not interested at all in my concern.
This sure sounds like a scam to me!
